These terms govern your use of TrackCleverly. By creating an account or running an audit you agree to them. Please read them carefully.
The service
TrackCleverly provides an automated website audit. We open a public website you submit, analyse it, and produce a report with scores and recommendations. The free audit shows your scores. The full report is available as a one time purchase.
Acceptable use
You may only audit websites that you own or are authorised to analyse. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Payments and refunds
The full report is a one time payment of 25 US dollars per report, with no subscription. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Because each report is generated specifically for the website you submit and delivered immediately, purchases are generally non refundable. If something goes wrong with your report, contact us at info@trackcleverly.com and we will make it right.
Accuracy of reports
Our reports are based on automated analysis of your live website at the time of the audit. We work hard to ground every finding in real evidence, but the recommendations are guidance, not guarantees. You are responsible for deciding which changes to make to your own site.
Your content and data
You keep ownership of your website and your data. We store your reports so you can return to them, and you can delete your account and reports at any time from the Settings page. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
TrackCleverly is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or from changes you make to your website based on a report.
