Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 June 2026

This policy explains what information TrackCleverly collects, why we collect it, and how we look after it. By using TrackCleverly you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect the email address you sign up with, the website addresses you ask us to audit, and the reports we generate for you. If you pay for a report, our payment processor handles your card details and shares only a confirmation of payment with us. If you contact us through our form, we collect the name, email, phone number and message you provide.

How we use your information

We use your information to run audits, create and store your reports, take payment, send service related emails such as sign up confirmations, respond to your enquiries, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show advertising in TrackCleverly.

Service providers we rely on

To deliver the service we use trusted providers, each handling only the data needed for their part: Supabase for our database and login, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, and Anthropic, DataForSEO and Google PageSpeed Insights to analyse the public websites you submit. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to keep the site working. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Data retention

We keep your account and reports for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which removes your reports from our systems.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, email us at info@trackcleverly.com and we will respond promptly.
